I am not one of their patients. My provider was unavailable. They fit me in like I was one of theirs. They were not at all what I expected for a Kansas provider and that is a very good thing. I am going to be one of their regular patients now. If I could give a bigger star I would.

As a busy mom juggling the demands of family and work, I am so glad I stumbled upon Epic. The atmosphere was modern, clean, and calming. Kelsey was friendly and ensured a seamless, relaxing experience. (IV was administered very quickly with precision. As someone who isn't a fan of needles, this was a huge plus). All of the services/benefits, etc. were fully explained, the team at Epic has thought of every detail to ensure an enjoyable experience - comfortable chairs, heated blankets, snacks, drinks, TV.

First time getting an IV fusion today and I feel great! Amanda and Kelsey explained each step, what the different IV options include, and made me feel very at ease with the process. They thought of every detail to ensure a enjoyable experience - comfortable chairs, heated blankets, snacks, drinks and a TV. Can't say enough about how great it was, don't hesitate to give it a shot!
