- Metabolic Health and Diabetes Risk: Fasting Glucose, HbA1c, Insulin, C-Peptide, calculated Insulin Resistance (HOMA-IR) and Insulin Sensitivity (HOMA-S), Beta Cell Activity (HOMA-B), and the proprietary Boston Heart Beta Cell Function and Risk Index™. It also includes Glycated Serum Protein (GSP) and Adiponectin.
- Inflammation and Oxidation Markers: High Sensitivity C-Reactive Protein (hs-CRP), Lipoprotein-Associated Phospholipase A2 (LpPLA2), and Oxidized Phospholipid on apoB particles (OxPL-apoB).
- Other Relevant Biomarkers: Homocysteine, Uric Acid, Vitamin D, and a Comprehensive Metabolic Panel (CMP) assessing kidney and liver function, electrolytes, etc.

Health is like a puzzle. Each piece—mindset, nutrition, movement, rest—seems small alone, but together, they create something extraordinary. For two decades, I ignored my health puzzle, stuck on a yo-yo roller coaster of diets and energy swings, convinced I had it figured out.
