Health is like a puzzle. Each piece—mindset, nutrition, movement, rest—seems small alone, but together, they create something extraordinary. For two decades, I ignored my health puzzle, stuck on a yo-yo roller coaster of diets and energy swings, convinced I had it figured out. If you’ve stared in the mirror after years of ups and downs, you know the mental and physical toll. My wake-up call came from my wife, who bravely tackled her own health journey. Her courage to ask for help inspired me to face my puzzle, even as a man nearing 40, when pride screamed, “I’ll do it alone.” Spoiler: going solo doesn’t work. Swallowing my pride, I found four cornerstones that changed everything. I admitted I wasn’t healthy, sought professional help at Epic Integrative Wellness, became obsessed with understanding my body through bloodwork and research, and built a sustainable routine.
